Presli and Daddy!

When it snows in St. george... So it snowed pretty much the whole day a few days ago. Although it snowed all day, there was not much on the ground. We were driving home on the freeway and it was dead. The cars that were on the roads...freaking out from the "bad weather". Joe and I sped by them laughing! And, school was cancelled for the next day! Seriously, can you believe it???
Helping Daddy...
Presli wanted to go outside and help Daddy wash the truck. So here are a few pictures of her outside with Daddy. Don't you love that beanie??

Random Pics

Presli loves to hold her cousin Korver. We get to tend him once a week, and she is more than willing to help...with everything! Diaper changes, feedings, putting his binky in, and everything else! If my husband were a cowboy!! Joe went horse back riding with a guy they are working on a project with and so he thought it was the perfect opportunity to dress up as a cowboy! I thought he looked pretty sexy! (I think he did too!)

Grow Up!!!

So the other day we met my mom at the mall to do some Christmas shopping. It was time to leave and of course Presli wanted to go with Nana. I told her that I would be sad if she wouldn't come with me. I bent down and started to pretend cry. She looked at me and then up at my mom. She said, "Nana, mom sad?" My mom told her that I was sad because she wouldn't ride with me. I kept crying. She said to my mom, "Nana, mom cry?" My mom said yes. She bent down and looked at me and with a huge grin on her face said, "GROW UP!" How funny huh? That's something my family has always said, and I guess she finally decided to join in. I laughed so hard I almost cried!!!

Thanksgiving In San Diego!

This year for Thanksgiving my mom planned a trip for the whole family to go to San Diego for the week. We left on Monday afternoon and came home Sunday night. We had so much fun. We stayed in the condo and went to Sea World and LegoLand. Presli loved the rides. It was a great trip...thanks mom for a week of fun. Here are a few pictures of our vacation. The Christmas tree made out of Legos.
Me and Pres standing in front of the New York, New York in Vegas...completely made of Legos. They had most of the strip, it was cool.

Presli and NaNa on the airplane ride. She loved it and screamed and laughed the whole time.

For some reason Presli loved these fireman made of Legos.
A ride that went in the air and went up and down. Pres couldn't get enough!
Presli on a train! Every time it would come around to us, she would scream. It was cute! As Joe was standing in line with Presli, she busted out in the middle of no where, "All Aboard!!" So funny!!

A Cute Story!

Ok, So I had to share this cute little story about my baby doll, Presli. Tonight we ate dinner at my parents house. My mom made Presli a plate with potatos, corn, and chicken cordon bleu (spelling?) Along with her food my mom had put a little scoop of sauce for her chicken. It's made out of mustard and mayo. Presli was sitting behind me in her high chair and I all of the sudden hear Nate say, "Pres, what are you doing?" I look back and my cute little girl and taken the sauce, rubbed it all over her hands and rubbed it on her face! She thought it was lotion!!! She loves lotion, so how exciting for her to have a big scoop of it on her plate!! It kind of looks like lotion to me, so expecially to a 1 1/2 year old. It was seriously the cutest thing ever. I wish I could have gotten a picture.

Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween everyone! Hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween. Here are a few pictures of our festivities so far.
I know the picture looks horrible, but I could not get my scanner to work. Here is Presli and Korver's Haloween pictures. We decided to have them somewhat matching...cute little tigers! Presli loved having her pictures taken. She kept asking the girl, "More???" Finally, a picture without her running from me!

We had our yearly tradition of going to Thriller! It was fun. Presli was hilarious. When they start out with all of the Zombies dancing to Thriller, she was laughing histerically! She kept looking at the Zombies and saying, "Mama!" I think because of seeing me dressed like that last weekend. It was cute! She loved it!

Presli's Halloween Party at Preschool! The kids were out of control, and they hadn't even had any candy yet!!! Their poor parents after Halloween!!!

Presli at Preschool.

Presli watching Daddy gut her pumpkin. She wanted nothing to do with the insides. She's my little clean freak!

All she wanted to do was hold her pumpkin, a little too heavy for her!

We frosted cookies. Presli got her own cookie, knife and bowl of frosting. She would frost it, lick it all of, and then do it all over again! She was loving it! (Not so clean here!)

Getting ready to frost. She was so proud of herself!

A Big Girl!

Ok, so I am a slacker mom and did not even make a post when Presli turned 18 months! I have been super busy, so here it is a month late!!! Presli will be 19 months on Thursday and I cannot even believe how fast time flies. She is getting to be a little girl and not a baby anymore.
She is repeating everything we say, and has a vocabulary of about 100 words. We can pretty much understand most of what she is saying. She loves to sing Twinkle Twinkle, Where Is Thumbkin, Popcorn Popping, Once There Was A Snowman, and alot more, It just has to be in the order she wants! She can recognize and tell you the sounds for the letters A, B, C, and D. She loves to count and can count to three by herself. She loves to fold her arms and say "AMEM" when the prayer is over.
Her favorite things to say are, "Moos (Move), Here Go, Pease (Please), Boo Bean (Excuse Me), Dank Doo (Thank You), More, Pee Bew (Pee Yew), All Done. And alot more. She is a sassy little girl! And definitely has a mind of her own!!!
She loves Dora The Explorer and Backyardigans. She loves to dance and sing. She loves to dress up in all of my clothes. She loves to put on new clothes. Her eyes light up when she puts on a new outfit. (I know, just like her mother.) I taught her well.
She would much rather be with Nana, than Mom or Dad. And is spoiled rotten by her. She just can't get enough of her cousin Korver. If he is around, you better watch Presli, cause she will be right up next to him. ( We are a little worried for the arrival of our little one!) She also loves her NayNay (Uncle Nate).
Presli is learning so much everyday. We are amazed at how much she knows and catches onto at such a young age! We love her to death and could not imagine our life without her. Who would have ever thought you could love a child so much! Presli cooking in her house with Papa.

We love you Presli Jo!!! You are such a special girl and love every single day we get to spend with you!! You are such a stinker most of the time, but we wouldn't trade you for the world!

Thriller!!!

The dance company I dance on had the opportunity to remake the Michael Jackson Thriller video and film it for the Film Festival, and then perform it. We had a lot of fun. This was the night of the filming, I don't have pictures back from the performance yet, but they are alot better. This is me and my sister in law Cindy .
